Starting on 28 November 2018 and running through until 9 February 2019, Singapore Airlines will add three additional services per week between Christchurch and Singapore, adding over 15,000 additional seats between the two cities, complementing the carrier’s existing daily service.
General manager, Singapore Airlines New Zealand, Simon Turcotte says the added frequency further reinforces the airlines commitment to the South Island.
The additional Christchurch flights will continue to operate as SQ295/SQ296. These will all be serviced by Singapore Airlines’ fleet of 777-200ER aircraft, with 26 business class and 245 economy class seats. Once in Singapore, passengers will be able to connect onwards to more than 135 destinations worldwide on the wider Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and Scoot networks.
Flights will be available for sale from tomorrow, 11 April 2018.
